The world-renowned YS640S excels both on the competition circuit and in your backyard. Built on the standard YS640S platform, this model features a competition cart with wire shelves, 8" flat-free casters, and integrated tie-downs for easy transport.
Standard features include the Yoder Smokers ACS Control System with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, two food probes, a ceramic ignition system, and heavy-gauge steel construction. With 1,070 square inches of cook space and nearly 12 inches of headroom, it handles everything from briskets to beer can chickens.
